Play To Your Strengths

The other day I was reading the results of a Gallup study of 5,000 American adults. The findings support the argument of “using your strengths”. The more you utilize your strengths the more positive you feel and protected your are from negative emotions and physical pain. Of the people who used their strengths 10+ hours 84% reported more happiness, flet well-rested, were treated with respect, smiled or laughed and learned something.
